You consent to receive communications relating to the Retreat, including preparation information, practical arrangements and itinerary updates.

The full Retreat fee is payable at the time of booking unless you choose an eligible financing or payment option offered by PayPal at checkout.
Where PayPal Pay Later or another PayPal financing option is selected, your financing arrangement is between you and PayPal and is subject to PayPal’s eligibility requirements, approval and terms.

4. Travel and Documentation
You are responsible for making and paying for your own travel arrangements to and from the Retreat unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining any identification, travel documentation, licenses, insurance or other documentation required for your journey.
Organizer is not responsible for any Guest being unable to travel to or attend the Retreat because required documentation or travel arrangements have not been obtained.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged, but it is not mandatory.
You are responsible for deciding whether to purchase travel insurance and for selecting coverage appropriate to your circumstances. Suitable coverage may help protect you against unforeseen illness, injury, cancellation, loss of personal belongings and other travel-related expenses.
Organizer will not request proof of travel insurance and is not responsible for losses or expenses arising from your decision not to obtain suitable coverage.
6. Guest Cancellation
All Retreat ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking, decide not to attend or are otherwise unable to attend the Retreat, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any Retreat fees or additional amounts already paid.
Your booking is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or resold without Organizer’s prior written agreement.
7. Cancellation or Modification by Organizer
Organizer may make reasonable changes to the advertised content, schedule or location of the Retreat where necessary, provided that the Retreat as altered remains substantially similar to the Retreat originally advertised.
Organizer will notify Guests of any material changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
If Organizer cancels the Retreat and it does not take place, Organizer will refund the Retreat fees actually paid by Guest to Organizer.
Organizer is not responsible for airfare, accommodation, insurance, transportation or any other expenses booked or paid to third parties. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase suitable travel insurance to protect against these costs.
8. Photography, Video and Media
You acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, sound recordings or other media may be captured before or during the Retreat.
You consent to Organizer and its employees, contractors, representatives and service providers using photographs, video, audio and other media in which you appear for legitimate purposes including social media, education, course materials, websites, promotional materials and marketing.
You grant Organizer permission to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute and display such media and release Organizer and its representatives from claims arising from the permitted use of that media, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Physical Activities
You acknowledge that the Retreat may include physical or wellbeing activities, which may include walking, movement, yoga, embodiment practices and other activities.
Participation is voluntary. You understand that physical activities involve inherent risks of injury and agree to participate according to your own abilities and circumstances.
If you believe any activity or condition is unsafe or inappropriate for you, you must stop participating and notify Organizer or the relevant facilitator.
10. Health and Participation
You are responsible for determining whether you are medically and physically able to participate in Retreat activities and for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary.
You agree to provide Organizer with accurate information concerning any relevant requirements or circumstances that Organizer reasonably needs in order to support your safe participation.
You must inform Organizer of any relevant changes before or during the Retreat.
If you experience pain, discomfort, illness or another medical concern, you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention.
Unless otherwise required by law, medical expenses incurred by you are your responsibility.
11. General Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in travel and Retreat activities involves risks which cannot be entirely eliminated.
You are responsible for familiarising yourself with relevant risks and for making your own decision as to whether participation is appropriate for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Organizer and its representatives shall not be responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from risks inherent in your voluntary participation in the Retreat.
YOUR DECISION TO ATTEND THE RETREAT IS MADE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE INFORMATION SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT AND OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL.
12. Intellectual Property
Organizer and/or its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in intellectual property used or provided as part of the Retreat.
Materials may include notes, recordings, teachings, exercises, courses, studies, videos, books, presentation materials, procedures, frameworks, techniques, methods and other resources (“Retreat Materials”).
Retreat Materials are provided for your personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, record or transmit Retreat Materials without Organizer’s prior written permission.
13. Conduct and Participation
Guests must behave respectfully and must not use the Retreat for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to:
- harass, abuse or threaten another person;
- violate the legal rights of another person;
- infringe Organizer’s or another party’s intellectual property rights;
- engage in fraud or unlawful activity;
- unlawfully collect information about another person; or
- behave in a manner that materially disrupts the Retreat or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
Organizer reserves the right to require a Guest to discontinue an activity or leave the Retreat where Organizer reasonably considers this necessary for safety, wellbeing or serious misconduct.
14. Disputes Between Guests
Organizer is not responsible for personal disputes arising between Guests except to the extent that Organizer has a legal obligation to act.
15. Assignment and Resale
Your Retreat booking is personal to you.
You may not assign, sell, transfer or resell your place without prior written agreement from Organizer.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and its representatives harmless from claims and reasonable costs arising directly from Guest’s material breach of this Agreement or unlawful conduct.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer’s total cumulative liability for direct damages arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Guest to Organizer for the Retreat.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
18. Age Requirement
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
19. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises relating to this Agreement, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.
If those efforts fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Madison County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and fees unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.
Intellectual property claims by Organizer may be brought before an appropriate court rather than arbitration.
20. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For intellectual property matters that are not subject to arbitration, the parties submit to the appropriate state or federal courts in Illinois.
21. General Terms
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
Section headings are provided for convenience only.
Notices concerning this Agreement should be made in writing, including by email where appropriate.
This Agreement together with the Retreat information expressly incorporated into it constitutes the agreement between Organizer and Guest concerning participation in the Retreat and supersedes previous communications concerning those matters.
Any amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing by Organizer and, where it materially affects an existing booking, communicated to the affected Guest.
